Tiltify Community Code of Conduct

Shared Value

The Tiltify community is a unique community. We thrive and are inspired by helping others through fundraising for any one of thousands of charities and causes. This shared bond of doing good for communities and people beyond our own binds us together.

We strive to live these values to create the best digital fundraisers ever.

  • Anyone can fundraise.
  • One person, one donation can make a difference.
  • Challenge yourself and others to reach your fundraising goals.
  • Support each other for the benefit of all our community members and charities.
  • Hate has no home in the Tiltify community.

Conduct

We know it can be a little scary out in certain corners of the internet. The Tiltify community is not one of those scary places, but a place where all are welcome to be themselves. This space is safe. We do not tolerate hatred, harassment, or bullying of any sort.

Keep in mind that:
  • You are the Tiltify community. When we say “We Are Tiltify,” we are talking about all of us!
  • See someone knock it out of the park with fundraising or live stream? Let them know!
  • Always lead with kindness and assume others' best intentions.
  • Do not troll other members of the community. Ever.
What Trolling May Look Like:
  • Making fun of others, their identities, usernames, and/or personal traits
  • Sending abusive messages.

Harass other community members in Discord or during a Tiltify livestream

Standards

We encourage all Tiltify users to become familiar with our Terms of Service. Much the same, we expect our community to agree to work together to make this place a comfortable, non-combative space.

We expect the highest level of respect from and between community members. We reserve the right to remove content and revoke usage of Tiltify as it pertains to the following:

  • Disrespect: including hate speech based on but not limited to race, creed, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
  • Personal attacks, trolling, harassment, or impersonation of other Tiltify community members.
  • Violations of the Privacy and/or the sharing of personal information.
  • Depictions of sensitive material, violent depictions, or explicit/implicit sexual content.
  • Threats of any nature to other members of the community.
  • Illegal activity.
  • Soliciting and plagiarism.

If you experience harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior, protect yourself, block the person(s), and let the Tiltify team know what occurred
