Today, we're rolling out a collection of updates designed to improve both sides of the fundraising experience. From faster donations and expanded rewards functionality, to smarter fundraising goals and improved team experiences, these features help creators build momentum and give supporters more ways to participate.

Successful fundraising is all about reducing friction, creating meaningful moments for supporters, and helping your community feel connected to the impact they're making. That's why our team has been hard at work improving some of the most important parts of the fundraising journey. We have now updated the donation checkout and rewards, team participation, audience engagement, and more! This latest round of platform updates gives creators more flexibility in how they run campaigns while making it easier for supporters to get involved and stay engaged.

Better Donation Experiences

💙Rewards Get a Major Upgrade

Rewards remain one of the most popular ways to encourage participation during a fundraising campaign on Tiltify. As such, we've expanded rewards functionality with full-page reward listings and an improved checkout experience, making it easier for supporters to browse available rewards and claim them as part of their donation journey.

💙Faster Giving with Express Donations

Express Donations are here to help streamline the donation process, allowing supporters to complete their donations faster and with fewer clicks. The result is a smoother experience that helps keep the focus on supporting your cause rather than on navigating checkout screens.

More Dynamic Fundraising Tools

💙Smart Polls for Community Engagement

Polls are now even more flexible! You can schedule polls with start dates and attach fundraising goals to individual polls.

💙Enhanced Milestones

Milestones help transform fundraising into a shared journey. We've improved milestones so they can unlock future milestones and trigger additional activities as your campaign progresses.

💙Automatically Grow Your Campaign Goals

Fundraisers can now automatically increase their goal after the current goal is reached, helping keep momentum alive when a campaign exceeds expectations. We've also added the option to hide your initial fundraising goal from overlays and campaign pages, giving creators more control over how fundraising progress is presented to their communities.

Stronger Team Fundraising Experiences

Whether you're participating in a community fundraiser, a creator challenge, or a large-scale charity event, teams are one of the most powerful ways to make an impact together. We've introduced several improvements to help supporters better understand their role in the bigger picture.

💙Clearer Progress Tracking

Team Lite profiles now feature a new progress bar, making fundraising progress easier to follow at a glance. We've also repositioned the Total Raised card to give fundraising performance greater visibility and help teams celebrate their achievements more effectively.

💙Improved Team Identity

New Team Lite and Managed Team identifiers make it easier for participants and supporters to understand the type of team they're engaging with. Clearer team labeling helps create a more intuitive experience for everyone involved.

💙Team Impact Front and Center

Supporters can now see Team Lite fundraising totals displayed directly on individual campaign pages. This gives donors a clearer picture of how their contribution supports not only an individual fundraiser but also a greater collective effort.

💙Discover Fellow Fundraisers

A new teammates section helps supporters and participants discover other members involved in the fundraising effort. This makes it easier to explore the broader community, connect with fellow fundraisers, and celebrate achievements together.
