This week, we are featuring the amazing work of herokerrey (she/her)!
She plays Just Dance/Gaming/Variety, and is a wonderful member of the Tiltify community.
We asked her some questions about her time fundraising for charity on Tiltify, so let’s get into it!

How much have you fundraised?
$13,866.29 on Tiltify
What is the next fundraising campaign you have planned?
I will be fundraising for the next St. Jude Play Live season in 2025. It will be my 3rd time participating and is one of my favorite times of the year. I had the honor to be invited to the creator summit this past year in 2024 and it's inspired me to keep going and fundraise to find a cure for cancer. Doing it alongside my wonderful peers on Team Centerstage is such an honor and always a fun time! More cursed cosplays to come and fun incentives are planned for the future!
What is your favorite moment of fundraising?
There are so many memories to choose from - from Bob Ross painting with my nose, to cursed cosplays (Toad is a fan favorite), but I have to give it to my viral clip of TWITH where Twitch came in and donated to my stream and due to my nerves, I misspelled their name
Why do you choose to fundraise?
I fundraise because I want to give back to everyone and everything that has supported, loved, and shaped me into who I am. I am so grateful for my support systems and I want to help others in need to help them be in a better place. Additionally, I've lost family members to various diseases and cancer, and want everybody to live in a world where we don't have to live through loss of our loved ones.
What Tiltify tools have you used that made an impact on your fundraising?
Tiltify's milestones and incentives tracker are my most used tools but the matching tool that displays the progress on screen was a huge hit during my last campaign! It really brings up the hype and awareness of the goals of the stream.
What is a fun fact you’d like to share?
I majored in computer science with the intention of being a programmer! I have always loved technology but eventually learned I don't love working as a technologist, so I use my tech skills now to aid my stream ideas and creativity and it's been a blast to fuel my skillset into my passions and have fun with it!
What advice do you have for anyone fundraising for the first time?
Start very very small - to the point where it is easy to achieve your goals. By doing this, you will build hype from meeting your milestones and it will be chaotic and fun. You can always raise a goal when it's met and it will also motivate you to keep going and feel like you're making progress!
